This survey is conducted by Dr Grzegorz Trojanowski from the Xfi Centre for Finance and Investment and Dr Clara Kulich from the Centre for Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter Business School. In this research we investigate processes which influence the allocation of managerial pay.

Please note: Participants of this survey should be familiar with managerial pay structures and have some knowledge on different types of performance-based pay. This survey asks you about your opinion on pay allocation to a manager in a specific scenario.

This survey has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the University of Exeter Business School. Any information you give in this survey is treated with absolute confidentiality and will remain anonymous. No link can be made between your computer or Person and the responses given in this survey. Your answers will be used for research purposes only.

This survey takes about 15-20 minutes to participate.
